This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics tools and loads no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, region Frankfurt am Main (fra1). When you visit it, the host processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier) to deliver the website securely. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). A data processing agreement is in place. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

4. Contact form and email

When you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (name, email, optional phone, role, assets, message) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Form requests are delivered to us via the email service Resend (Resend Inc., USA) under a data processing agreement, with transfers based on standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We delete requests once they are resolved, unless statutory retention periods apply.
